I want to use AC21, I -485 applied (180+ days) and I-140 approved.
But I do not have Labor details. Labor applied from chicago. I-140 and I-485 applied in Nebraska Service center. I sent FOIA to NSC in FEB-05. So far I got nothing.
But have labor Receipt number. So I went to FLC datacenter and got my Labor info. In FLC it says, my OCC code is , 030.162-014 and Title is Programmer Analyst.. But Job duties are not posted there.
Now Based on above OCC code Can I Invoce AC-21.. ie the new Employer will say My Title is Programmer analyst and My Job duties are similare to what the OCC job duties in DOL web site.
Will this work..
What are my Options? Can I get ETA 750 A using FOIA directly from DOL? If so How can I get It.
I called DOL hot line.. They say I need to call exact office ehrer my papers are located at. OSme other said call the Office of Solicitor , DOL ( washington)..
