Hi,

I will complete my 6 years on H1b on October 29th this month. Last year I got 7th year extension on the pending labor which is valid till December 17, 2006. My I140 was approved this year in January.

Recently due to some query on company by USCIS I fear that my 485 will be denied.

Therefore, will my H1 will be revoked/invalidated also or I can work till December 17, 2006.

My previous employer filed my labor from Connecticut so the case is with BEC. No progress yet.

Can I go back to my previous employer and file 7th H1b extension?

Can I transfer my H1 to a new employer taking into account:
My current H1B extension
Pending labor from my previous employer.

Thanks

------------- what is that query on I-485???

----------- H1 has nothing to do with your I-485, H1 will not be revoked
My previous employer filed my labor from Connecticut so the case is with BEC. No progress yet.
----------- you can file 7th year H1 based on pending I-485
Can I go back to my previous employer and file 7th H1b extension?
---------- that is upto you, new employer can also file 7th year H1 extension
Can I transfer my H1 to a new employer taking into account:
My current H1B extension
Pending labor from my previous employer.
------------ Yes, you can also get extension based on pending I-485.
Thanks
