Ginnu, others pls help-H4 Chennai

Hi
My husband and 8 year old child are going to Chennai consulate for H4 stamping. I have been here for the past 5 years on H1B and they have never been here as I used to visit. Married 10 years back. Will apply for 7th year extention later this year. Applied for labour. I have the following questions :
1) Should they only take my current LCA or the previous ones too ?
2) What questions can they ask my husband ? (Really worried about this).
3) What kind of letter do I need from the employer (sample if possible please), what are the key information it should have and should we mention in my cover letter to the consulate the name of my client and address?
I would really appreciate it if somebody can help. I would also like a sample of a letter of continued employment from employer.

----recent LCA and form I-129 that your lawyer submited for H1 ask lawyer to certify them
2) What questions can they ask my husband ? (Really worried about this).
----it depends on Visa officer, date of marriage, where you work or company name
3) What kind of letter do I need from the employer (sample if possible please), what are the key information it should have and should we mention in my cover letter to the consulate the name of my client and address?

---- it should state that you are working with them on H1 status , job title , skills, salary should me mentioned and request should be made to approve H4 for your spouse XYZ and Child ( with names)
I would really appreciate it if somebody can help. I would also like a sample of a letter of continued employment from employer.
----- employer H.R knows the letter content they can make it, send your recent pay stubs, W-2 copies foe lat 3-4 years, read other threads related to chennai for H1 or H4 stamping

---I think you are asking question what your spouse should fill on Form 156, if that is true, he can fill 3 months 5 months 1 month it does not matter, he can stay in US till your H1 approval notice if he gets H4 stamp, he can also fill the date TILL your H1 approval
