Ginnu, Jaxen Help! - 7th yr to 8th yr extension

Need your advice w.r.t my situation

I'm single, on a 7th yr extension with passport stamped and the visa expires 12/1. I also possess a temporary EAD card and AP docs as my 485 is pending. I'm thinking of applying for an 8th yr in the event that my spouse cannot enter the US before 12/1 (thanks to the new interview process and other factors).

I was planning on pursuing the premium processing option (as I would know one way or the other what happens timewise). Is it possible that the BCIS (Nebraska) may reject the 8th yr on the grounds of EAD and AP being in my possession (I'm going to be footing the bill on this and any opinion certainly yours would really help!!!)?

----BCIS can not deny your H1 extension if you have EAD or AP, you are allowed to file for H1 extension while AOS is pending, if you have used EAD I don’t think you can extend, one has to be in Valid H1 status and should have maintained H1 status with employer
