Getting TN for a new employer

Hi,
I want to apply for a new employer and would like to give 2 weeks notice to my current company only after I get my second TN approved for a new company. Whats a best way to do that 1)by mail paying premium service fee 2) at the border. Secondly how will I convince them to let me keep my current TN also for a couple of weeks.

You can have multiple TNs. You simply say that you are still working for Form A.
