Getting ready to file next week! Some last minute Q's!!

Hello all

I can't begin to thank all of you that have helped me get things in order over the past couple months.

I will be sending everything off late next week (filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently)

Some last minute questions:

1) Did you label your support doucuments (W-2's, Tax reports, Birth Certificates, etc.) ? Did you staple them in any particular order...did you not staple them at all?

2) Did you pay the entire amount due upon filing with one check? In my case, $570 (I-130 & I-485), or did you split it up -- One check for $385 (I-485) and one check for $185 (I-130). Is paying by Money Order a faster payment method?

Way more complicated than that...

Click on the USCIS Service center you'll be sending your forms to and each has very detailed instructions. Texas, for example, has a list of the ORDER the forms should be in, where the check should be attached and in which order. The more precise you are in following the rules, the better!

Also they have a list of which forms they process and which they don't.

New Mexican,
Three questions:
1. Why does it matter to the SC what order I have put forms together. I thought the NBC opens all packets before the SC gets it. So I presume the NBC is putting docs in the order that the SC needs, no? So I would have thought the NBC would have required a certain order of forms.
2. Previously I had found to my surprise that I could not send my N400 with FedEx because it was going to a mailbox. Does FedEx deliver to the NBC? for AoS filing?
3. Could you please post the exact link to the webpage which has the information on ORDER in which forms have to be attached. I could not find it on the TSC webpage.
