Getting ready for naturalization interview

Hello,
I would like to know exactly what I need to know, do or take to be 100% ready for the naturalization interview that I have on August 7th.

- I'm reviewing the 100 questions (sorry, I don't have the link)
- I'm reviewing the practice interview (same)

What documents should I take?
Thanks for the help.

There's a long list of suggested documents in the forum FAQ, but the minimum you need to take is:
- your permanent resident card (GC)
- interview appointment letter
- drivers license or state issued id

You will be asked to read aloud one english sentence, write one english sentence and correctly answer 6 civics questions from 10 preselected by the IO's computer.

After that the IO will run through your N-400 application form asking each question and confirming your answers are same as previously submitted. At the end of the interview you will sign (write your full name) on the photos and sign an FBI form.

Good luck

Cool, thanks.

I know it's in the FAQs, but I think that we should have a thread specifically for the interview.

Sample questions are posted on the USCIS homepage (but always double check on answers that may change - i.e your state senator, etc).

I posted my experience on another thread. I went to Merrifield, VA USCIS office and passed my test on July 18th (Tues) and took my oath yesterday (July 19th). I will apply my passport on coming Monday. Apparently no one from Dept of States showed up at the USCIS office on Wed. though I was told that they 'would' be there by the IO officer.

Also, I was not asked to sign any FBI form (unlike a comment by another user).
I didn't ask to 'read aloud' any english sentences, I was just talking to the IO officer normally.

Good luck!

Thank you!
