I believe by law a h1 visa holder is support to receive payment only
from his employer.

I have a option of getting some part-time work/extra work from my vendor(middle man) .

If one is working on h1 visa can a person receive payment directly from the client or vendor?.If so on what grounds?

Is there any exception which allows the h1-b employee to receive payment/credit from any other source besides from his own employer.

Are there any tax implications?

Any information on the above issue will be greatly appreciated?

Are there any tax implications? Any/All income must be taxable whether you are in H1 or GC or citizen.
