Getting paid by the "previous" employer

I got my H1 transferred from Employer A to Employer B and am working with Employer B right now.

Employer A still owes some money against a project that was executed by me. A says that it can pay this amount only after a few months.

My questions:

1. Can I accept payments in the future from A while I am working with B ?

2. Can I work part time with A while working with B?

Thanks

My questions:

1. Can I accept payments in the future from A while I am working with B ? YES. For work done previously while having Comp A's H1

2. Can I work part time with A while working with B? No. Unless you have concurrent h1 for comp A while working for Comp B
Thanks

Thanks greatguru.

Can you explain what a concurrent H1 is?

Can I convert the H1 I had with Employer A to a part time H1? Does this need a fresh application to be submitted? Will it cost the same money as a H1 transfer?

Thanks
