Getting Mexican visa for H1B stamping

Hi,

I need to get Mexican visa to go to an US Consulate for
my first HB1-stamping.

Among documents required by Mexican Consulate in San Diego
I see the following item: US visa for multiple entries; at least with 3 months of remain validity.

But that visa stamp itself is why I am going to Mexico.
Please let me know if you had the same problem and how you solved it.

Should I tell to the Mexican Consul that my only purpose to enter Mexico is getting the US visa stamp, or I should say something else?

Which place are you going to Mexico?
If Ciudad Juarez, use Victor Garcia. he is worth the money. He will take care of Mexican visa and everything himself.
