Hi Guys!!! my girlfriend has previously been married with a guy from Lituania from 2002 to 2007 (he got his GC thanks to this marriage), and now we are thinking to start the process for my GC.... but im REALLY worried they could think its a sham marriage because she is doing the same twice....even if 5 years have passed already since she divorced him

Well of course wouldn't you be a little skeptical yourself? But then the onus is on you to overcome this suspicion with the preponderance of evidence of bonafide marriage. Has been done before but I sure don't envy you.

Where did this girlfriend crawl out of? Were you planning to marry her only because she could conveniently be a route to that coveted green card? You sure seem like a sham marriage candidate. I mean if you plan to marry this dancer for love, how come just a few days ago you were talking about moving to Italy instead?

Not saying that is your plan but you must agree it looks funny.
