getting married on OPT?

Hi All,
similar question might have been addressed earlier but i couldnt search for it. so pardon me. i just finished my phd and am joining job between mid to end-Jan (waiting for my EAD card). i plan to goto india around march to get married. my questions are
1) is it risky in anyway to come back? do u think my spouse would get a F2 visa without hassles?
2) if my spouse gets a F2 visa, is it pain to convert it into dependent visa(H4) when my H1B is processed?
3)we are thinking of alternative where i wait till my H1 is processed... do u think its worth such a wait? i mean does risk factor goes down abruptly?

Any comments on this would be highly appreciated.

1.) Yes, there is always risk that they may not let you into the country. But most of them say, they had success.

2.) Getting a F2 seems to be risky for me during OPT. This is my personal opinion.

3.) If your spouse can stay back until you get H-1B, then this option seems to be the less risky off all. Keep in mind that H-1B cap is virually over up until October 2006.
