Getting married on B1/B2

Hello,

Here is our situation:

I am US citizen
who meets a woman on B1/B2 visa
we fall in love
she gets pregnant
her visa expires in 1 month
We get married in a couple of days

Can we apply for her immigration visa now?
Is there a way for her to stay in the US until she gets her green card, whatever it takes (as long as she gets it, eventually)?

After marriage file immigration papers immediately through a good attorney if you do not have confident on you.
