Getting married after EAD

Is is Ok to get married after I used my EAD/Advanace Parole once? I got my H1 Extended and planning to get married in Mid Nov and return with my wife during first week of November. Just wanted to make sure that I would be able to get my H1 Visa Stamp and H4 for my wife.

It is difficult to get a H1 stamp if the H1s are not overlapping (i.e receipt date or effective date of new h1 is not before expiry date of previous h1).

The existing Visa ended June 30 2002.
Receipt date for the H1B Extn. Jul 1st 2002.
New Visa Valid from July 1st 2002 -> Dec 6 2003.

Will this work though there is no overlapping.
