getting married. TD problems...

Hi all,
I am getting married. My girlfriend is Chinese citizen who is a registered nurse in China now. I am currently on a TN status.(My company renewed my TN this Juanary.)
I have the following questions need your help:
1. What kind of visa she can apply? I mean the fast one.
2. If she can apply TD visa only, where to apply it? At the US boarder in airport or US embassy in China? Or any other place?
3. I don’t have enough time to stay in China, Can she apply TD visa herself without my presence?
4. If we are lucky enough, she gets her TD visa. Here comes another question: suppose she gets her TD in Oct. my TN visa will be expired next January and I will renew it in January. At that time, can she renew her TD together with me or she has to wait for next Oct?
5. Can she work in US?

Since she ius not Cdn, she must get a TD Visa from US embassy/consulate in China.

She does not need you present, but needs a copy of your current I-94 indicating TN status, as well as your marriage documents.

Her initial TD will only be good until January. When you renew your TN, you should also renew her TD status using I-539. If she leaves North America in January or later, she will need to geta new TD visa, so plan for this.

She cannot work without getting her OWN work status. She is not eligible for TN, of course, so her options are more limited.
