I just wanted to ask that if a person was in USA on f1 and if he got out of status but completed the desired degree by studying full time and got the degree and everything, will there be a problem getting h1 if the company applies for it or no. Also if a person has graduated and has a degree and all is it important to submit the I-20 with the application coz a freind of mine doesnt have his I20 processed and completed as he got out of status so will it work if the degree and transcript with degree is submitted and the old I-20 from the previous university where he transferred from is submitted. i know its complicated but will really appreciate some help
