F1 to H1 visa status converison issues
hi guies
i came on F1 and completed MS & my opt and got my new h1 approved in jan 2005. i took an appoinmtent in canada, montreal next month for getting first time h1 visa.
when filling DS 156 i had a problem , in a column we need to fill the form if any previous rejections .
my f1 vias was rejected in 1998 , and in 2000 i got my visa for dooing ms .
my present statsu is H1 form jan 1st , i am never out of status.
My question is will my previous visa rejection in 1998 will cause any problems or not , if any please let me know.
if any one been in montreal before , any directions can help me.
