I am currently an H1B holder, as well as married to USC. I have my EAD card and Advanced parole. I had my interview done and I130 was accepted, but I485 is pending FBI name check.
I have a potential business partner, who is currently living abroad. He currently has B1 visa. I want to start a new restaurant business. I want him to run and manage my business here in USA because of his expertise.
What options/possibilities do I have to be able to bring him legally to this country. And of course consequently run the business. Can I apply for H1B visa for him?
