Getting H1 stamped from the US Consul in Kuwait

I'm currently working in Kuwait and have applied for an H1. The contact address in the papers is of my home in Mumbai. Once i get the labor & academic clearance, can i go to the US Consulate in Kuwait to get my H1 stamped.
OR
If i come to Mumbai, would there be an issue if the consulate sees a Kuwait visa on my passport, and the fact, that i've worked in Kuwait?

Please help me on this,

OR Since you are working in Kuwait, you can apply your h1 at Kuwait.

I've already applied for my visa from Mumbai. Now i have taken up a temporary assignment in Kuwait.

So, can i get it stamped from Kuwait itself, instead of going all the way till Mumbai ?

Would the US authorities deny the H1, if they see i've worked in Kuwait?
