Getting FP done early??? possible??

I have a FP scheduled on 9/12/00 at Newark. I asked my lawyer about
getting FP done earlier. He absolutely shot me down and told me
that if I get it done anywhere else earlier I risk of getting my
FP lost.

He also believed that after FP I should get my approval in 60-90 days.

Any comments??? Thank you in advance.

You may be able to do FP earlier than scheduled at other ASCs, but
most likely not at Newark ASC. This ASC has a guard at the door who
will check the date on the FP notice. Also, this ASC is usually
pretty crowd, so they probably won\'t let you do FP earlier than
scheduled.

My FP schedule date is August 29. But I did it in August 14. Checked with FBI, the FP was received same day and sent back to the INS same day.

Could you confirm that you did fp at newark. Did guard ask for the notice? Did guard or officer ask for the reson why you come earlier?
What time did you get there, is it very crowdy?
I consider doing fp earlier also since I will be out of country when my fp scheduled on.

Sorry not mentioning it in last mail.My FP center is Philly. I don\'t know what is like in the newwark center. I just wanted to indicate that get FP done will not cause the FP be lost as lovejesus\'s lawer said.

No, Do not go earlier than the scheduled time. One worker in ASC, Newark told me that if you do your FP earlier, they will hold your FP result in Newark and not forward to FBI until your due day. You FP may get lost.
