What happens if a person has a green card that had expired ( and also have not visited the US for 5 years) and now want to go for a visit ?
I understand the Green Card is basically not valid - so just fill an application for tourist visa ( B visa) ?
I read somewhere that you need first to go through a process of cancelling/abanden the Green Card - so was not sure if one can apply for B visa before doing that?
