Getting around the H1B Cap???

Greetings all,

Are there any alternatives around the H1B Cap? I have a company that is willing to sponsor me, however they indicated the cap, and that no new visas would be issues until October.

Is there any way around this? I woud hate to lose this opportunity due to a technicality.

Joe, O-1 visa is usually the most used exception by people who qualify.
