Getting Approved and 180 day changers

Hi Guys,

We\'ve seen quite a few of us who changed jobs after 180 days
get approved like me.

It appears that not informing the INS does not impact your case.

Many people did not tell the INS of the job change and did not
get an RFE (like me).

Others did not tell the INS and got an RFE for paystubs, W2\'s, proof
of employment letter. They sent in this information for the new
company and still got approved.

Hope this helps,

No Title

With INS every case is different and all things depends on the IIO who is handling the case. We will not be able to come to any conclusions with some cases.

My RD is 4/26 still waiting to get approval.

Bongo:spoke to FBI..they said we already sent ur FP report to INS electronically..means what??

My point is ...

I have heard of no one (correct me if I\'m wrong)
who changed jobs, did not inform the INS and got
their AOS denied.

As far as I know, we only have positive examples of
people changing jobs and getting the AOS approved.

The only negative implication I\'ve heard raised
(by my attorney) is when it comes time for naturalization,
the lack of continuation with the sponsoring employer may
cause problems if you did not inform the INS that you changed
employers.
