Getting Appointment in U.S. Consulate in Canada

I want to get appointment at any Consulate in Canada for H1B Stamping

I cannot see any dates availble on amcits.com website
Is there any way i can get appointment?
Please assist

Also, i have another question:- Which U.S. Consulate in Canada returns the passport same day after interview with stamping?

Last time I and my wife had VISA revalidation (Stamping) at Quebec. They did gave us the same day and they were very nice. It was on Feb 28, 2006.

Now I need to revalidate again because recently my H-1 three years extension approved. I am looking for Quebec. But it is not available. Try evening time. I just booked Toronto on Nov 27, 2006.

What I have seen is evening 6M to 10PM more chances. Not go away from the computer.

Did you get your visa appointment in Toronto ? If so please let me know
the time your logged on to nvars.com.
I have been trying to get one for the past 2 weeks but not yet successful.
