Getting 140 Receipt Number

From your experience can anyone please let me know how many days will take to get the 140 Receipt No.

It is from NSC.

Then what is RD & ND?

my employer/attorney is not willing to give me i-140 receipt number. do you know how to get it from INS ? pl help.

I do not think BCIS will be able to. Either employer or the bank that cashed the check, but unless it is your account that the check was drwan on that is no go either.
