Dear all,
I am seeking a safest way to go ahead with my GC application. I am a canadian, living in Canada and travel to us to work daily. I hold TN currently.
I am going to apply for H1b ( I had one before so I am the cap-exempt) and then file I140. In this way, there should be no problem at all for me to travel across the border daily. However what I am thinking is:
1. filing I140 and H1b application at the same time;
2. Stay in us side to wait for H1b approval;
3. After receiving the H1b approval, resume my daily travel between us and canada with H1b.
Appreciate very much any advice on this later approach. Is this will lead to any trouble at the border?
Best wishes to all of you!
