we submitted I-485 and I-130 in May, 2006 and got FP in June and interview in October. My husband is an US citizen. we got I-130 approved during the interview. The interview officer told us that he can not approve my GC since FBI is working on my name check. I wait until now (after 6 month).

Is anybody know that it is possible we can make an infopass appointment to get green card at the local office since it is already passed 180 days?
If I want to send my EAD application now, do I need to send it to Chicago where I send my I-485 application or NSC (they already transfer my case to NSC)?
