Get a new TN at border

I have been working in US on a TN visa for three years. I got an offer from a new company. I am planning to apply for a new TN at border.

If I am asked to prove my ties to Canada, what should I say? I don't own a house or have family members in Canada. But my offer letter did say that the position is temporary and the duration is for a year.

There is no need to prove ties. And you should not lie.
You firmly state this, and that you will leave when your status is expired.
