Germany Transit Visa

Gurus,

Please let me know if I need German transit visa if I am travelling via Frankfurt to India. I will be using my Advance Parole to return to US. I am not planning to go out of the Frankfurt Airport.

Not Required

As long you have Advance Parole document and you are not going out side (through german immigration area) then you are fine. I travelled just two weeks ago using AP.
While entering back using AP, they will refer you to special immigration officer (in back room) where they will just stamp your AP and give your I94.

Thank you for your response. Can you direct me to any official documentation that states that we Transit visa is not required in case we have an Advance Parole.

- are holding a valid visa or other residence permit for the USA (an approval notice is not sufficient), Canada or Switzerland and travel to the country which issued that visa or residence permit
