Anyone could share the Georgia SESA current processing date? One of my friends applied on March 6 and is waiting... He said someone mentioned that Georgia SESA is very fast. So he is very worried...

GA State level labor processing
Hi,
This is my first posting to this forum and has couple of quick questions.
1. Is filing in RIR risky these days, in terms of chances of case being rejected?
My employer's attroney suggested this to us. I don't know but I doubt this.
2. Can anyone tell me the known approval dates for GA state Non-RIR cases? My case was filed in in Non-RIR in Feb' 03. I've been following the processing date since then and it hasn't moved a bit from April 2001.
