General RFE questions

Online status says an RFE has been issued on 3rd April. I called IIO and was told it is sent to my attorney. They haven't gotten it yet.

1. Will I also receive a copy?
2. How long does it usually take to receive a RFE?

typically, the RFE notice is sent to your attroney. My RFE notice was also sent to my attorney and I had to get a copy from my attorney.

You will not get RFE if, you have file thorugh lawyer. It goes to lawyer. It takes about two weeks.
