General question re medical exam

Does the doctor provide the applicant with a copy of form I 693 after filling it up? If not how would I know if he filled it correctly or not?

I-693 will have three copies. (1)Orginal to INS, (2)copy to doctor and (3)another copy to applicant. Original goes into a sealed envelope.

the doctor will discuss the form with you before sending and you will get a green copy. Make sure that everything has been checked properly before sending.
