General question - Green Card through employment

There is a job description/title established in the Labor Certification. Once the GC is approved:
- how long do we have to stay in that description/tittle?
- what other roles/activities can we perform?

As long as you are with the same company your title and duties may not be a big problem. After a reasonable amount of time you can even do work in a totally unrelated area also. This is my opinion . Gurus correct me if I am wrong

I actually read that only your job title may change a bit as long as your job description and duties stay the same. The job title may be changed a bit due to company\'s new job classification (senior engineer versus head engineer, etc.).

The LC is always done for a specific position with specific duties, so be careful!
