I dont know if this has already been posted here.
Anyway, here you go.

If you want to see the public information about
all LCs filed by your employer, go check this. I guess
this is about LCs filed for GC, not sure though

If your employer is big and filed a lot all the time, this
wont help, unless you know your case number. You
may still be able to short-list possible matches. My
employer is a medium one, so it helped a little.

If you select all columns in the results, u will get the case#,

I do not see if it provides any help at all even if you know your case number as it tells the job title not the job description which is needed for AC21.
 
Job title is significant. It is not very common to have same job
title and 100% diffferent descriptions. I did receive my LC
application copy also. The description in my ETA750 is very similar
to the INS description of my 'job title'. I think many attornies try to
keep the description close to the standard definition for that
job title. At the same time, they may also add the candidate's
main skills in the description.

In short, you will have some general idea unless the job
description in your LC is very specific to your skills and
experience. You will also know what the offered salary in your
LC is.

You may try to get your LC file from DoL or the complete
I485 file from BCIS.

Thanks. While visiting to that site, I found that all job titles were same for LC filed by my company.
It may be good idea to get the copy of the file from INS. Can you give me address where I should sent FOIA request. My 140 and 485 were filed at Vermont.
485 file will have Labor papers also. Right?
 
My case is at the California center. Check the following link

I485 file from BCIS will have LC details also, I hope. The only
problem is that an FOIA request thru BCIS takes 3 months+
whereas DoL (only LC files) takes 1 month+.

I dont remember where exactly I got the DOL/FOIA address.
I think I went thru the link http://www.dol.gov/dol/organization.htm and selected ETA.
This link is down now. I think someone had posted about
calling a 1-800 to get your local DOL/FOIA officer's address.
Check the posts related AC21 / LC etc.

i am not able see my GC details

I left the employer who filed my GC, i haven't informed INS about my ac21. I tried checking the above listed url to see if my GC details can be seen so i can figure out my job title, but i couldn't see my GC record at all, is there any specific reason for it?
