General FP clearance timeframe ?

Mine and My wife's FP was done on jan 8th 05 in San Jose. My wife's FP got cleared in 2 days but i am still awaiting the results. The status just says it is under review. Can someone please give me an idea as to how long does it generally take for FP clearance from FBI ?
 
many people get theirs lcleared in the same time as your wife, in a few days. But do not worry - there are some that take longer to verify. It may be that they need you to retak ethem and are trying to decide.
 
Chances are that the results were received but the status was not updated. The results are usually sent back in 2-3 days.

Once the results get in the question then is how long does it take to get approved.
 
you could try calling them, but I doubt it will help.They will probably just say thye are pending. It might be worth trying though, you may get lucky, and you have nothing to lose.
