I did reply for RFE 3 weeks back, but still no 2nd FP. U have mentioned some people got approval without 2nd FP..Is it true?
can i expect my approval without 2nd FP?

Here is the case approved without 2nd FP. You may also check out CSC-I485*Approval** in APR 2004. Good luck!

Without making u pessimistic, unless ur RFE was generated b4e ur FP1 expiration, FP2 is required.
Even in the former situation, it depends and not part of SOP.
