I was just reading some archieves where in i came across your case where there was a intent to deny notice issued.
When i called the iio was told that, an intent to deny notice would be mailed shortly.
I also had a situation where my labour was approved in EB3 but i 1-140 got approved in EB-2.
I don;t know whether this is the reason for intent to deny.
Please advise, as to how did you handle your case?
