It shouldn't be. The loookback period for good moral character is 5 years. Unless the DWI was serious enough that it renders you deportable it shouldn't be an issue.

Doesn't matter, and the answer will vary from state to state. There are many charges that states call misdemeanors but to USCIS they are aggravated felonies. State classifications are not relevant.
