Folks, Please bear with me for starting this directed post, But I really think that GCCRAK's personal experience with his I-140 case can help few of us (whose I-140 cases have been sent for Appellate review) have more visibility into our future course of action.

This refers to your post (June, 2004) regarding your I-140 'Certification' being sent to 'Apellate Body' for review.
While you were among the first to report this kind of Case status, We never saw any subsequent posting from you on this and so we do not know 'what happens next'.
Lately we have been seeing similar case status more frequently for a whole bunch of people.
july022004 has done some good research on this, as he puts his findings in the post

Frankly, after reading his findings and also since none of us have received the notices so far, we are not feeling complacent any longer. We will appreciate, if you could share with us your experience with your I-140 status and its 'Appellate Review'.
