I had applied for labor through company A.
Quit company A and joined B.
Now I am going back to Company A.

a. Since the GC is for future job will the labor applied previously
hold good now?

b. If i join company A at a different location can i still continue
the previous GC processing and file for change of place after it
reaches I485 + 180 days using AC21 rule.

regards,
VG

If INS believes that the company intends to employ you permanently in the position and location described on the LC and that you intend to work for the company "permanently" in that capacity, then you can use that LC.

It seems from your question that neither you or the company have any such intent since you are already asking about notifying INS about the change of intent. You can lie to them and hope they do not detect your fraud, they probably will not, but that does not mean that it's not fraud.

Technically, at this stage if the location changes (I assume you did not file for the corporate headquarters and "other unanticipated client locations throughout the United States") you need to start over.
