INS has probably received correspondence from unemployed white folks in usa that we foreigners are taking jobs away from them.
as you know, most of the software guys make 6 figures salaries while White men is unemployed. I think there is some truth to Mahesh_KK even though I wish he is wrong.
There are guys who came to USA a few years back and making 6 figures salaries and so close to becoming GC holders within 3 yrs or less.
So, Dear oldtimers, we have to wait. We may not even have our jobs as INS delays GC processing intentionally. It is a long road ahead believe it or not.
