GC to brother

I've filled a form of I 130 as a citizen of Turkey.My brother is a U.S.A citizen for about 5 years now he lives in Turkey,too. My form is still in the government but no idea about the process they never call or inform us about nothing
1-what can I do to conclude this process and to be a U.S citizen.
2-I also wanna know is it a problem to get married during this process because I'm married now...Thanks for any idea...
3-Ýs there a service on Internet as a side help us about the subject by the government...

An I 134 is an affidavit of support.
Your brother as a US Citizen needs to file an I 130 for you or whoever the beneficiary is.
