I am about to apply for GC based on my wife being USC.

Iam in H1 now. I may have worked for a month unauthorized when i was at school.

Where do i need to disclose this information in my application.

I have I-130,131,485,765 ready.but i cant see where i can print that i worked for a month unauthorized.
 
G-325A doesnt have any provision to state i worked unauthorized for a month..? jus the employment dates and employer names.

How to let USCIS know that i did work for a month....? I just want to be sure
they dont think i sent any falsified information.

any one...?

And that's all you need to do. You do not need to proactively declare that you worked without authorization (unless they ask so on the I-485, I cannot remember), just truthfully answer any questions if asked.
 
I dont see any provisions in I-485 for that purpose either.

I will just put all the places i worked and including the month i worked at a place unauthorized in g-325a then.
