GC through Resturant

I have one Indian resturant in contact willing to file GC .
Does anybody knows the process about it. How long it gonna take me. I am in connecticut state.
Is the labor cert process for IT professional and resturant professional is same.

You can apply for LC as a specialty Cook through restaurant provided you have enough credential to back it up.

Process to get LC is almost same.
