I'm wondering is it possible to obtain my green card through my brother after he sponsers our father and includes in that patetion my, my little brother and sister? I just turned 19 so I'm still under 21. Dunno if they give too much beef at my mother's interview they said (her USC husband and mom) said they're just going to retire back in brazil 
I thought of this because my brother has been her for over 15 yeras on a GC and has never applied for U.S. citizenship. His words "I can't deal with buearocracy". So this april vacation I'll help him fill out his forms and put his applications in. I know it'll take a year, but that should be enough time. Any Opinions?
