gc thro spouse in Virginia

we just applied for my gc through my USC husband in virginia. i am on h1-b.
does anyone have an idea how much time the gc process takes in virginia?

Please refer to AOS timeline sticky thread (1st page) in this forum, USCIS website to get some idea about processing times. Although, in general, USCIS is cautious in publishing processing dates. DOs are processing cases beyond the date that they publish.

For Fairfax,VA/Wash. DC office, going by experiences of posters in this forum, for a straightforward case (without RFEs), it can take 7-9 months from the date I130, I485 package etc. are filed together to the final interview at DO.

Thanks for the information. Seems like other DOs are processing much more quickly. Or may be, it's just a case of the grass is greener on the other side (DOs).

I have the same question...how much time does it take to process in virginia...i got married to usc and filed on 4th april 2006...still havnt recieved interview date....
