GC Sufferer need advice

Every new day brings the hope of 485 approval, but INS is sleeping as far as it concerns to us. Exactly one year and 15 days have passed since 485 filing and we keep on hearing same old message. 'your finger print results received do da do da.........'

My problem-visa has expired (plus I-94), Have to travel (work related) early next month for a month. Can I do so by using AP? Any problem with that? Will they let me in at the airport? Will there be any problem if 485 gets approved while I am away?

Friends your thoughts and feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I dont know why u are thinking of that to be a problem. If you are away for a month and if your 485 is approved,, then you just get your passport stamped when you come back... its simple!!!
Why worry about far-streched ideas?
