Hi All,

My GC filing date is 27th Nov 2002 from Delaware.
I am awaiting my labor certification approval, please let me know what is the current processing date for this state.

Also I would like to keep track of processings/approvals as and when they are happening, and would like to know if I need to do anything in order to be able to get the updates.

Most immigration websites post this kind of processing information. Check anyone of those for your answers.
 
This is a classic example of everyone thinking they are smart and taking a short cut and ending up taking more time. This time last year, everyone noticed that Delaware was current and one of the faster States to get an LC from. Everyone wanted to file from there and people had companys create a Delaware branch office or used other methods to apply from Delaware. Now, Delaware is no longer the fastest state and many of these people are waiting in the line that resulted from the mad dash to file from Delaware.

Delaware is currently working on cases filed November 2002 (and before). Then the case gets transferred to regional for further processing.
