I went to BCIS office in Baltimore , MD at 7:20 a.m. Found 50 people infront of me out side the bldg queue. Entered BCIS office at 8:05 a.m. Took the token, gave Finger print, handed over 2 photos, Parole, EAD and Passport.
Officer stamped my passport within 10 minutes.
Came out of the bldg at 8:15 a.m.. Officer told me i should receive Plastic Card within 10 months. That is strange.
