Heh -- you're too fast for me JoeF. I had just realized that I had flipped around the 180 day rule and I was coming back here to edit my post.

Yes, it seems that the rule is that you need to have < 180 invalid days since your last valid re-entry to the US (I was implying that you needed >= 180 valid days which is not correct as far as I know).
